XFlash® 7200 FIRE is our breakthrough Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) detector engineered for ultra-fast, high-resolution elemental analysis even under challenging conditions.
The largest-in-class active SDD area is powered by four independent silicon drift detector (SDD) segments, each with dedicated pulse processing. This unique architecture enables the XFlash® 7200 FIRE to deliver an industry-leading output count rate (OCR) of up to 2,400,000 cps with exceptional light element sensitivity and excellent peak separation across the entire EDS range.
